Refund Policy

At Bright Futures 11+, we want to make our tuition services as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below:

Payment: Payments are made by the end of each session. We accept payments via our website, or in cash.

Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no charge or refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, the full session fee will apply.

Missed Sessions: If you miss a session without notice, the full fee will be charged.

​

Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled if you give at least 24 hours' notice. Late reschedules are subject to full payment.

Exceptional Circumstances: We may consider refunds or rescheduling for emergencies or illness, with less than 24 hours notice. Please contact us immediately.
