Booking & Payment
a. Tuition dates will be agreed in advance.
b. Payment can be made by cash (at the start of the session) or via our website using a secure payment method. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
a. 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of tuition sessions.
b. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the session will incur a full charge, unless due to emergency or illness.
c. If the tuition provider needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a rescheduled time or a refund.

Missed Sessions
a. If a student is unable to attend a session and does not provide 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered missed, and the full fee will be charged.

Data Protection
a. All personal data provided will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering tuition and communicating about bookings.
b. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

Liability
a. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your child during tuition sessions, the tuition provider cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during tuition.

Agreement
By booking and attending tuition sessions, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
